Hello peeps im going to upgrade my cool tube to a air cooled hood as I hear they are best they come in 2 colours black and white does anyone know which would be the better one thank you

thanks all you lot what do you guys think of cooltube vs coolhoods ? are the hoods a lot better ? I only have a 1.2m tent

Sorry, but can you explain what a cooled hood is? I just tried looking it up and found nothing. I have a 1.2 tent and use a 400 hps the whole way through, I also have a friend who uses a 600 HPS cool tube and I manage to get a bigger yield. But there are so many things that could be factored in to be the reason for that happening.

I would go for a cooled hood over a cooltube for sure...I have both and the footprint for the hood is better...yeehaw

Cooled hood for "normal growing" Horizontal growing
Cooled tube for vertical growing (without the reflector of course)
You can use Cooled tubes for both but i think their better suited for vertical growing
And try buy a Cooled hood with the dimple metal finish i think it would reflect better

cheers peeps I have just ordered a 600w white air cooled reflector with dimple reflector will let you know if I think they are better than a cool tube cheers again
