I will start another garden routine around August 1st, which is when the plants have started flowering the last few years.
I usually give the plants a complete flood watering in the early morning.
For the TLC Tea, I mix High Phosphorus Seabird Guano into water. Maybe 1 tablespoon per gallon, one gallon per plant.
The water with the extra nutrients I don't want to leak out the bottom. So just a little.
I could add some K, Potassium, if I want a little more hassle.
The plants are in decent dirt, similar to Foxfarm Ocean Forest.
The dirt is already supplemented, with bone meal (for K) and wood ask (for Potassium.)
Anyway, I'm wondering, for a plant that has enough nutrients, if you're trying to give it extra during budding, is it best to give them just P, or P and K - or P and K and N ?
I remember BOG used to use lots of blood meal in his soil mixes, = Nitrogen.
