Update at end of post!!!

4 weeks now, and showing lot's of buds.
New pics!

:bashhead: Hi all,
Well three weeks down the road and I have got small buds forming.
I believe the seed came from a bag of Thia I had last year.
Since changing the light fequency and my light to 125 watt enviro red/orange cool fluro the plant has gone crazy.
My problem now is it has nearly peached the light.
I tried to bend one of the stems over a bit and it snapped off.
You can see the hole it left on the right of the photo.
Do I just wait as long as possible for more buds to form and then cut them off, leaving the light to grow out the smaller buds.
She is very healthy, only one time have I hurt it. I over nutrients the water when I changed her feed to a Guano mix. I took the water outy of a water but in the garden full of rain water, forgeting I had already treated the water with a 5%4% Nitrogen/Phos. I burnt the tip of the leaves. Also now the leaves are deep green almost roof slate color, so I am only feeding water at the moment.
Any tips, if I leave her she is going to bust up the wardrobe.
As you will see she has almost trebled her size in the last three weeks 12/12.
Do I just cut the plant off and let it do it's thing.

I would try to tie her down, using wire ties and stuff like that. I don't think you'll have any problems. Try to train the plant so there is a nice even canopy under the light.

I wouldn't recommend trimming parts of the plants off, but I have never tried to do this before so it may work just fine.

Good luck!

Much appreciated cobain420.
Going to try a guy rope type rig and pull her down slowly.

Cobain is right ...i would try and tie her down/bend....and if you bend ..take the stem between your fingers just under a node and slowly squich it a little while rotating and then bend it over ...this way the stem wont rupture and she wont be as stressed coz of the nominal damage...you will have 2 support the hanging shoot though...

she looks gorgeous man  R+

:jump: Wow thank you folks for all the kudos, much appreciated.
She has gone crazy, but I tied her down.
Learning to Lst my plants is going to be a great help.
I found I could gently bend the upper branches cross wise across the top, now all the buds have turned for the light and also the lower sprouts are now reaching the top of the plant. Untold buds. Pure white and fluffy red little spikes.
I gave her some humus and gauno, gently this time. I burnt her once.
She is drinking about 2 ltre a day, with about 250ml run off, so very thirsty.
I am able to control the humidity so, what would the best humidity range be now she is budding.
Update pics on the way.
Hopefully you can see the buds starting on this pic.
Appreciate the help people, am learning loads.
OK pic time, that's if I can upload at the weekends that is!
Happy healthy grows folks.

You might be able to see where I tied her down. I've used some string and those little plastic/wire tags you get with food and freezer bags. Means I can now pull gentle a little bit each week and also tie down the new top buds.
She has almost stopped stretching now, just a few af the side arms to go, the top though is still sprouting new bud shoots. Which is good cos I lost a lump when I snapped a piece off trying to bend it.
I have two other plants in with this lady, they like the warm red light, it has kept them healthy. They haven't showed sex yet, I keep a very close eye!
When i know what they are, idf female, will replace this one, when she has finished.
I will change the light back to a white 125watt enviro cfl, they work really well.
These plants all started out under 5 24 watt hous hold strip light + one 20 watt aquarriam tube. Wrong frequency probably, but they loved it. Grew faster under them than they would grow in my garden.
