Aeroponics Setup?

I was wondering what should i put the timer on to run this system? This will be my very first aeroponics system an im tryin to figure the best way to go about it. I only have analog timers that are sold in HD or Drug stores like walgreens CVS, so it can be set to for 10-15min intervals i also have one that can do 1/2hr intervals too! Also wanted to know if i should run a air pump or will the water pump off set the stagnant water effect? Pics of the setup.

Well i switched up this system due to the expectations of a aeroponics setup now i have a DWC with a top feed, i guess is what u can call it the water in the res is about 2-3 gals with an air pump running then i have a pump to feed the plants 2 times in a day once at 6am and once at 6 pm cuz the hydroton an rapid rooter plugs will stay kinda wet inbetween feedings still no nutes yet tho their still babies about 1 week old.

aero is more hassle then its worth for most...when done right it does have some incredible results tho....yeehaw...I made several systems once upon a time...
