Advice on a couple questions please!

I've been using botanicairs line extensively for my grows and I'm happy with the results that they are giving me. Now I'm ready to start using guano in my feeding schedule from all the good things I have been hearing about its uses. I'm in an apartment so I'm sharing walls which means I have to control smells. Anyone have recomendations for a good guano that isnt gonna stink up the place? Or are bottled ferts the answer for my living conditions?
If I can use guanos please please please share any knowlede or links to further my knowledge of them :)

PS - On a different subject..... where can I get some worm castings online with discreat packaging? My last order came in a big box that jabbered about growing organic stuff, which wasnt a big deal at the time cause i didnt have any neighbors to see my packages sitting at the door. But now I do, so I need something a little more along the lines of a plain cardboard box.

Guanos don't smell much unless you make a tea with them a let it sit out too long and it ferments.
Fish ferts and kelp/seaweed stinks so avoid those if you can.
If you want a complete fertilizer without the fuss try the PureBlend grow and bloom, a good organic base for any grow.

Just add molasses at a rate of 1 Tbs per gallon to your tea when bubbling. That should take care of the smell. I add molasses to my fish fert tea and it doesn't smell at all...sometimes it bubbles for a couple of weeks.

cheers,

Thanks fellas, thats basically what I do. I use PBP grow and bloom with liquid karma and a tbsp of black strap per gallon when feeding and always bubble. I'm planning on getting some guano to make tea out of for the later stages of flowering to swell and sweeten those lovely buds even more. Any suggestions for what kind of guano?

i assume your asking what type of guano to use for flowering and not what brands. For flowering you have two choices you can either use jamaican bat guano which is high in phosphorus and contains a little nitrogen, or you can use indonesian bat guano which contains little to almost no nitrogen and lots of phosphorus. Id recommend probably to just get indonesian bat guano. There's also products such as budswel that are premixed indonesian bat guano with worm castings and other goodies, but you can always mix the seperate amendments together yourself.

Where can I order some bat guano from? Or maybe better for me in this situation would be the budswell. Who's got the stuff with nice descreet shiping?

not so sure on the descreet shipping, but it is readily available on many websites. I really didnt have to worry about stealth shipping since i had my packages sent to a different address than the one i live, and i didnt have to pick up the packages from the ups man. I had a friend who grows take care of that, and I'm sure if there was any questions who would just reply with "who, dont know him".

Liquid Guano from Guano Co. is great. But really stinks when you first open the bottle. It doesn't smell up the house though after you use it. Works great and they make a dry one too that works very well also. Good Luck with your guano man. It really helps bring out the flava in your buds.

I found a place that sells all the nutes I'll be needing. He's a little higher priced than alot of the others out there, but from past experience I know its gonna show up in a plain brown box, which is worth it to me. Thanks for the advice everyone. I think I'll give the budswell a shot.

check out planet earth. Discreet shipping, good shipping prices, and good prices overall, with good selection. That would make alot of good things.

Disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with the good company mentioned above.

Cheers,

Are you talking about Planet Natural? I've done business with them in the past, and the last time the shipping box had "Hydroponics" written across the side of it. Or is there a different place called planet earth?
