Go with a burner...it'll be alot cheaper in the long run. Something like a Greenair CD12 ought to be about right for that area...but CAP makes good stuff as well.
I use the cd-6 propane burner by green air,I think thats the way to go.Depending on the size of the room in cu.ft. determines your model,600 cu ft uses the cd-6 1200 cu ft uses the cd-12 etc.I spend about a dollar a day on propane.I have a sealed room also and co2 is the way to go.If you dont have enough light,good temps and humidity etc,co2 is of no value to you.If you have an adequete set-up co2 is a gas
