Advice 4 Clippings/trimmings...cannabutter

So i've definitely made sum brownies and other edibles before, but now i have a lot of clippings/stems left over from my grow. Basically i used to do a double boil for 8 hours with an O of bud to a stick of butter and my treats came out pretty tasty and got me high for about 5 hours. I'm looking at over 5 O's of combined stems and trimmings for this next batch of butter. I plan to do the same double boil but im not quite sure how i should do the ratio this time...mind you all, i want these things to be as potent as possible. Im thinking no more than 2 1/2 sticks of butter. Any advice or pointers would be appreciated! Oh and whats the best way for mixing the herb with the butter? I've used a coffee grinder in the past, it works best on the stems, basically making all my trimmings into shake.
OH this is what the trimmings came from, so i have high expectations based on these pics and the amount of trimmings im using. Thanks for any advice you can all provide me. Keep in mind i've done this process before, just not on such a large scale and i wanna make it the best possible with what i have!

i've used about 50 grams of trim per stick of butter with excellent results. however i made sure to use a cheap coffee grinder to chop the leaves up into very very small pieces
