Adopted 3 plants, what is it they want? Pics inside!

I was generously given 3 plants the other day from a friend of mine, Celtic Hash, Cheese, and Jorges Diamonds #1
They've been hanging out in my new cabinet under four CFL's (two 23w 6500k, one 40w 2700k, and one "-ion generating" 13w 6500k)
Temps range between 70 and 80 degrees, I watered the Jorges Diamonds one yesterday 'cause it was bone dry (Dr Bud Dunk w/ plain old water, ph was around 6.4 and runoff looked a LITTLE lower... tested with ph drops)
The Celtic Hash looked real droopy tonight, and was bone dry (was still moist last night), so I dunked it and the Cheese (Also very dry though not droopy). Didn't test the PH, I'm guessing it was right around the same.
Here are some pics, what does it look like the plants need? I'm confused and a little stressed as I don't want to screw these up. I've got the fox-farm trio, as well as samples of B'cuzz root, foliar, and foliar boost, as well as calmag, silica blast, and pure blend pro bloom and organic compost solution.
Thanks!

umm, well first off you need to put them in bigger containers.

me blunt is like, wicked yo!! owight
i know you posted what your nutes are, but are you feeding those plants all of that they are in veg and really dont need much. plain water, and if anything a very light or half strength nute solution.

those leaves seem to be showing a pH type of problem. IMO they are too young to have nute deficiency problems, and also being in veg, there isnt much that you could do to be underfeeding them.

mexilandrace is right though, especially if your keeping them as moms, you really do need to repot them in bigger containers.

I took a bunch of cuts off each of them yesterday, once a few of them root I'm gonna flip those 3 into 12/12
I havn't fed them ANYTHING other than water in the time that I've had them.

Zlock, you have come a long way from where you were a few months ago.

The Cheese looks like the pics I have seen of plants with Tobacco Mosaic Virus(TMV).
There are a few threads floating around here about it, so a search will be able to give you more info than I can.

I agree with Frankenblunt about the other 2. The problem looks pH-y.

Hey Frankenblunt, I thought this was your evil persona and the other 1 was your nice guy. What are you doing helping people in the infirmary? :muahaha:

All your problems are stemming from those plants being in pots that are too small. Replant them into appropriate sized pots.

Thanks man! I can't say I've come a long way really (though I agree I've learned a TON) 'cause I've only had these plants for like... 4 days, so credit should go to the very generous individual who gave me these 3 plants (As well as a TON of nutes!)
I'll have to look into the TMV... it doesnt sound like a good thing.

As for my pH problems, what sort of water should I be using? I've heard some people say distilled (Though the pH when I test distilled is nowhere NEAR neutral), I've tried filtered water, spring water, tap water, and the pH is all over the place. Without having to go to the hydro store, how should I be controling my pH?

As for repotting them, I'm gonna throw them into some 20oz soda bottles tomorrow, though I don't think they'll be getting too much more room than that.
Thanks for all the advice guys! I appreciate it!

dude, exactly how tall are those plants?

20oz doesn't sound like nearly enough

actually for sure, I mean with the stretch, you gotta come up with a different plan cause you are gonna have nothing but trouble, especially being new to growing...

well, yeah, I agree they're a bit taller than I'd like, but its how I got them and I figure it wont hurt to try...
My cab is 28" tall, these puppies are all at 16" tall from the top of the soil to the top of the very tallest point.
Could I top them a few nodes down and then put them at 12/12 or would that kill them or stress them too much? My main goal with these plants was to get a healthy clone of each to keep as a mother, I've got several cuts from each one in a DIY 100% perlite cloner right now (used clonex gel and a drop of superthrive/gal of water, under a humidity dome a quarter inch or so above a hydrofarm heat mat, with an 8w t5 cfl tube a few inches above the dome)
The clones pretty much all look healthy, as in still nice and green, not droopy or wilting, so I assume I did SOMETHING right with them, now its just a matter of waiting to see what I get with them. So if I get a good clone of each of the 3 plants (or hell, even just one would be better than nothing), it wouldnt be the end of the world if I had to ditch these 3 big ones

well I've got two 120mm fans for exhaust, each with its own DIY carbon filter, and that works good, but I saw this "negative ion generating CFL" and figured I'd throw it in just for a little extra help. I can't really say if its worked good or not 'cause its been in there since I fired this cabinet up, but the only stench in my room is coming from the small amount of bud I've got drying from my first attempt at growing, so I guess it's not hurting at least!

My first piece of advice (to bagseed77) - At least learn to use the search feature before you bust into someones thread.
And if ya gotta bust into a thread - maybe try to be in a thread with the same topic. just a thought.

and bs77 - Get a Glade plug in - It won't eliminate the odor - just kinda cover it up. - I got some bad news for you if you think it might be a tad stinky now!!!! Try covering THIS:

:muahaha:

Sounds like you need to do some readin, studying and problem solving.

Soon.
Really soon

zlock - have you thought about cuttung clones? - you could root SEVERAL clones and flower immeadtatly after getting solidly established and they will finish out at a more manageable size - and you will havvest SEVERAL ADDITIONAL plants.

Now that's what I call WIN-WIN

Thats what I'm shootin' for... I didn't keep track of exactly how many cuts of each I took, I'd guess 9 or 10 of the Jorges Diamonds, 9 or 10 of the Celtic Hash, and 5 or 6 of the Cheese. That was 3 days ago, maybe someone can confirm or disagree with me but I think they look like they're doing pretty good right now. I want to get 1 of each to keep as a mother, the rest (if there are any) will be thrown into 12/12 right from the start so I can get an idea of how much stretch I'll be dealing with and where I should start them off (if I should let'em veg at all). I've got some seeds on their way which I'm curious to start as well, so if I am lucky, I'd like to have one or two go in/come out per week, and have a few mothers that I can pick from until I can figure out 3 or 4 "keepers"
Heres my ghetto-rigged clone setup, I just threw my handy dandy little thermometer inside so I can get temps and RH%'s.
Good news is that with the bulbs I've got in my cabinet now my temps range from 70*-77* with the lights on 20 hrs and off for 4 hrs. A lot better than the mid 90* I was dealing with in my PC case!

Sounds like you got a plan,

If you can keep plants alive with those high temps, things should get MUCH BETTER with the 70's - my garden likes under 75 - and even a couple hours a few degrees over will show the stress. - I know what ever we do is never good enough for the girls.

Looks like a wick cloner,,,,--- I tried those once,,,,,,,,,,,,,, :-(
Cuts went limp and kinda recovered but wouldn't grow roots.
Maybe it will work for you.
I know there are some that swear by them and some that swear at them.

search "cheapo aero cloner" I use Clones-x rooting hormoan and I use a heater to keep the water about 75,,,, Simple, cheap and very effective,

leme go find a link to an interesting small style grow I found,,,,,,,,,,,,
