adding worms

if i add worms to my soil, using house and garden nutes and addatives, will they die from using this nutrient regimen? trying to turn my soil into a self mulching system over time.

The worms will probably suffer from the chemicals.

If they die the entire set up will stink really bad.

I wouldn't do it unless it was an 100% organic grow.
Even then I wouldn't use worms indoors.
