Adding in a large light

I started off with the 500 watt Szhlux light. Then just accumulated a bunch of "High Bay UFO lights". then replaced those out with some 100w-150w grow lights. It feels like such a clutter mess right now. The side-wall shoplight LED's are 6500K and great for vegging, but not flowering. I have UVB T5 lights to put up above those, and shut those down for later in flowering.

I just ordered an AC Infinity Ionframe Evo10 light. 1000w. So, that's going to go over the main trellis net, and I'll move that 500w light over to the shorter side. Then it's floor building, sometime around harvest time, and get my floor space doubled, and use the whole room. I'll be doing hydroponic vegetables on the other side of the room, and those lower powered lights will work great for them. Along with re-wiring the whole room, and the fans, too. It'll be so much nicer this winter.

Your plants look good growing with that setup you have now. It will be interesting to see what changing lights can have on the plants' growth. Keep us posted friend.

UV/Red Light meter. on all my lights. this thing helped get them at the right height for all these UV/Red switches on the LED's. Regular PAR meter is good. but this thing is everything outside that PAR range.

The Szhlux has been a great starter light. it's going to the 2nd half of the room. I like the UV + IR on there. it never seems to shutoff from the heat. but i barely hit 90f. If I was doing a new bugdet setup, those 800w szhlux for 330-range look good. I'm about to find out how much better these lm301h evo's are vs the lm281's. just didn't even open the EVO10 box today. been exhausted. and it's a heavy light to put up.

20240717 New EVO10 Light.jpg

New EVO10 is up. I put the Finnchy 250w & 125w back up there, too. cover that gap. UVB on the wall, and UVA on the right, the purple ones. those will go on the light next. 2 big light drivers are mounted on the wall outside of the room, and it's already 8 degrees F cooler in there. I'm taking that side lighting out. I just want something simple. I also got the 4-port adapter for the smart 69pro controller. Easy to plug all these lights into the same slot. Next is to setup the dimmer chains, and the RJ-12 adapter, and the Green light bar. I have the CO2 meter power controller, too. Gotta love when they're giving away ac infinity stuff to review.

The Szhlux lights are great. but the lm301h evo chips are notably bright as can be. For the price, they're probably the best. mine's been solid. the time stays set thru a power outage, and it stays on schedule. easy to program. no offline daylight savings time changes. I got a lot of good colas from that light, as you can see how they're doing in this picture. that purple caper in the back is so frosty, and the pineapple diesel too.
