add r410a or cut/flare line set on mini split?

Hey all, I just recieved my LG mini split and am installing it myself, so upon reading the instruction manual it states that r410a must be added if line set is longer than 24.6 ft, well my line set is 25ft.

So my question is do I need to add refrigerant for those 6in? I'd rather not, and i think cutting/flaring the line set would be easier. Hoping someone with knowledge in this will chime in!
