guys we have lost a major medical marijuana activist here in colorado. Anyone who remembers ken gorman knows he was the shit, coolest hippie stoner you could ever meet. when I first met him he was running for govener, (it was a joke to most to even thinking of having such a pro-pot govener) and he was organizing numerouse potlucks and 4/20 event smoke outs at the capitol. side by side with him, we have blown smoke in law enforcements face. unfortunately over the weekend his home was broken into and he was killed. Police arent saying much, but knowing the neighborhood they were trying to steal his plants. he will be missed by true og'ers everywhere, rest in peace homie.

Like I'll be just sitting watching TV at night and I think to myself.
What if some people decided to brake in here and steal my plants leaving me for dead.
Plus what if the police came and broke in and took everything leaving me in the klegal system for the rest of my life.

I'm moving to the middle of no where and noone will know where it is execept my Fam.

I'm completely stunned, I had never heard of him before the news segment. I know it has to be an anti pot, all drugs are the same type crazy fuck like Lee Harvey Oswald. This really enrages me to the point that I want to hunt down the guy and kill him. This is like how someone killing MLK was to the black race, a big step back. There scared that we were actually getting somewhere.

It wasn't a robbery like the cops want it to appear it was a cold blooded assination, pure and simple, they thought by cutting off one of the main heads that you could kill the movement, but let it be known that if you cut the head of a worm the rest will live.

Jdog i hear you..recently in my area a 29 year old person was shot dead in front of his car( a nie sports car all hooked up), robbery attempt gone bad. The shooting happened like 5 miles away and it was a white kid who seemingly was a normal kid with no gang ties or nothing but was shot for apprently no reason. Same thing with this i fear getting robbed for my gear n plants n other posessions. Ive been robbed before(for a ps2 when it first came out) and i wasnt even growing then...if they are wiilling to break in for 500$ jsut imagine!!

There seems to be a rise in murders cross country! call it doomsday hysteria..i thin itll get worse

As growers we cant even think of protecting ourselves with a gun in our own home...because as soon as you do, eventually youll go to jail longer than your attackers wouldve!

Im pretty sure this was gang related last year denver has had 2 rappers shot and killed, darent williams well known broncos football player killed in a driveby, and hits were called out for a ton of witnesses that were killed while gang members are in jail on trial.
