ACE Seeds were crushed

Hey guys just wondering if you knew how Ace was about re sending there beans.

I just received my package today and one thing for sure it was very very fast shipping. The packaging looked great, the stealth was A+ as well.

The only problem, upon opening the package every packet (6 packs plus freebies) were all entirely crushed. Not one seed is viable.

I emailed them and sent them various pictures of the seeds and have not heard back from them yet. Reckon they'll resend my beans? Im afraid it could happen again and they will continue getting smashed due to the lack of protection barrier with the packaging.

Thats the only thing, there wasnt much in the package for protecting the seeds, just bubble wrap and it was all deflated as well...

I think I will wait it out until sometime in the late morning before I contact Dubi and see if I get a reply to my email.

Damn, I was really ready to get on with this grow! Sativas take long enough as it is lol.

But, it's okay. Shit happens and it is totally part of nature and understandable.

Can't seem to find the reason why most people bash seed companies for receiving crushed beans when knowing that the shipment process is harsh and tons of weight stacked at times. I mean it is not the vendors fault, unless he/she practically uses no protection whatsoever.

I can tell by the bubble wrap in my package that it had lots of weight placed on it somewhere along the way.

Oh well, hoping for a better return I guess! Lol.

I reckon you'll be fine, keep the contact going and it'll be sorted out, they seem a very honourable company like that.
Mine always come from there in a plastic tube (I go for the 5 packs) and have never had a problem - good luck.
