ACE Seeds - Strains Chart WIP

Hello Growers,


As I had some free time, I started creating a small chart showing the most obvious characteristics of the ACE strain varieties.

For the moment, the evaluation is solely based on the description found on each strain page, but I hope that Dubi or anyone else from Ace Seeds will help to finalize the chart and make it accurate to reality.

I believe the info can help when you just cant decide and you dont feel like re-reading each and every page.


Let me know what you think but please keep in mind : this is a work in progress and it is not ( yet ? ) endorsed by Ace Seeds.

In addition, the chart doesnt reference many of the hybrids.

PS : @Dubi, could you help to put each strain in its right bucket regarding the terpenes, duration, etc ? thanks !

Good job. My experiences were similar to yours... Try Panamá Haze and Super Malawi haze. They should be there. They are great!

This is a great idea....would help alot..I think.
I wonder if you can do it so we can see how much the effect and strength leans more towards the sativa end ov the spectrum vs indica aswell..ive seen ghs do a similar sort of chart with their varieties.
I think it makes things so much better to be able to compare all the varieties together, side by side, all on one chart.

I have ( plenty ) of ideas to improve the chart but it would be great if I could post bigger pictures ( to put more info on the page, and it would be easier to read ).

Do I have to become a sponsor to be able to do it ?

For the sativa/indica influence, I have the idea of using a small icon too to represent their influences ( so you see , plenty of ideas ).

I intend to put all the strains from the ACE catalogue but I'm wondering : the Panama Haze and Malawi Haze, shouldnt they be more on a seperate hybrid chart ?

It will be useful for a lot if people if the chart covers the regular/feminized original strains, and all the non automatic hybrids ( Panama Bangi, Malawi haze, etc ).

For the automatic strains, as a medical user myself requiring significant potency with very precise effects ( easy example : I dont want a narcotic effect when I'm supposed to work and I dont want racing thoughts when I'm about to go to bed ... ), I think most of the automatic strains I grew, finished as heavily narcotic. Probably the ruderalis influence. So I'm not interested.

BUT I think that ACE seeds should also be in the lead for the description of their products.

Of course, I want to avoid ending up with all the strains described as "exceptionnal, big yielder, easy to grow", etc : this document should not become a new marketing leaflet but a tool.

And you know what ? I have created a template, so we can cover ALL the breeders with the same chart and information summary.
