This is my first post on this forum, but i have been lurking around here for some time.
First of all i have to say that i really love what ace is doing. They are honest about their genetics and the dicriptions of their strains are spot on !

Also their customers service is very good . The first order i had from them got lost somewhere in the mail, and they just send me a new one. Also each pack contained a lot more than 10 seeds so i was very happy.
I will also post pictures of Real Seed companys plants, and maybe also some pictures of my vegetable garden.[/FONT]
These pictures are mostly of Laos Luang Pranbang, Outdoors and in the Greenhouse. It gives a very light high with a good taste. Growing it was a pleasure.


The last picture is Real Seed Companys Kumaoni.

If you smoke large amounts of this it will give a strong up high almost like a trip. It smells very fruity when crushed. For sure the best smoke i had so far!

It's nice to see some photos and info on this strain. Those are some crazy looking leaves. Very cool.

Nice man... I've read great stuff on this Luang Prabang and Thai Sticks from GN Collection, definitely one option to keep in mind to those looking for exotic SE Asian strains. I'm sure with a good selection between enough plants, you can find a nice balance between potency and effect, flowering time, production and smell as well.

Hey the Hatter, Mustafunk, and Andyo thank you for joining my thread . I will post more pictures in the next days, and i will for sure have the lao again next year among with congo, nepaljam, kumaoni, and some crosses from them.
Im at 50 deg north but with a mild climate. Still the conditions for the sativas are not perfect at all, the greenhouse certanly hepls things along in november.

I'll definately be keeping an eye out for your future grows. I have some Kumaoni I simply haven't been brave enough to pop. I am limited to just 4 flowering plants so I would have to be pretty lucky to get a really nice plant out of the true land race strains like the Lao and Kumaoni. I'm certain there are some truly special plants to be found in those lines I'm just not sure I can run the numbers needed to locate them. I think you will really like Nep Jam. It treated me well and I wish I had gotten a cut from my first grow with those seeds. I hear good things about Congo too although I have never tried it myself. Best of luck with your grows and thanks for sharing them. I find myself wishing I had picked up some of the Lao seeds. The effects sounds perfect for me although as an indoor grower I don't think I could do them justice.

when i grew in uk years back at 52 deg i used light dep to flower sativas black out canvas from 5pm till dark i started black out on 21st of june so the cut down was on morning end,still used vent fans or id have got mold,.strains finishing through sept and october.

Thanks i apreciate you like my thread. i found my kumaoni plant to be pretty powerfull. At least a lot more powerfull compared to the lao. But what was most amazing about this plant was the citrus/ mango aroma when smoked and crushed. As it was flowering a lot faster than lao i will try it outside next season along with real seed companys nanda devi.
I also had 3 very small nepaljam plants this year and polinated them with congo pollen. Im excited about this cross.

I would love to do this with my plants but unfortunantly i only have the chance to visit them once a week or even every two weeks. So this mehod is not possible for me.

This is the lao on harvest day. i harvested her at least 2-3 weeks early but it was already very cold at night. Next year i will leave them longer i think.

the greenhouse in summer after taking some cuttings from the plants. One thing that was really nice about the lao sativa was that cuttings would build roots very easily.

lao luang prabang outside. This plant was crossed to congo.

Hawaiian Snow which is actually hawaiian sativa x laos from last year. The high was kind of like the lao but a lot stronger. But the aroma was very different. It smelled kind of like sweet onions and the lao is very fruity when grinded.

I enjoyed looking at my pictures again with some lao hash i made. Very mellow high.

Hey paulo73 good you join my thread. I loved your morocco thread and visited it many times. I was in morocco last year for traveling and surfing. very lovely country, people and hash

morocan plant. The field was mostly harvested. I got some seeds from there and will try to grow them next year.

As you are asking for a smoke report on the lao, i just smoked some lao hash mixed with lao flowers . The first part of the joint gives a very fruity and nice taste. after some time it gets very spicy. The high is very mellow at first, and more speedy after some time. Thoughts are rushing. I have a low tolerance with cannabis, so this ganja is very good for my liking. Stuff like the dutch classic White Widdow just knocks me off

I look forward to your experiment with the Moroccan seeds. I´ve collected many, shared a few and the last time i heard about it some interesting crosses where made using one resin filled maroccan male. So my guess is that there are always a few jewels hidden on a batch of landrace seeds Best of luck for it.
I must admit that i´m a heavy smoker with what i presume is high tolerance, being White Widow an all time favorite, and maybe due to that i was a bit put off by that report but the only thing that matters is that it was for your liking.

Thank you for your kind words. I Indeed enjoy the lao. After some time in the jars it gives a deep happy high. Which strain would you recommend that also gives a high like that? I was thinking about Panama maybe.
I also really look forward to next years grow-season. If i can maybe harvest some ace flowers it will be a good one
