At ACE Seeds we are celebrating our 10th anniversary in this 2015.
It has been a long way to get to this point. We have worked hard to maintain the working philosophy that we started with this company, and to provide year after year high quality and innovative genetics to growers around the world.
ACE Seeds was born with the aim to improve the lack of genetic diversity that commercial cannabis strains are suffering for decades, by offering landrace strains from different places on the planet, stabilized/inbred lines and new hybrids developed from this work of preservation and research. In this sense, our founding mission remains more relevant than ever, and we are proud to have contributed our bit in the panorama of the modern psychoactive strain breeding over the years, especially regarding sativas.
In the past decade, we have offered works with genetics from Brazil, Colombia, Panama, Guatemala, Mexico, Morocco, Mali, Cape Verde, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Burkina Faso, Angola, Malawi, Senegal, Congo, Lesotho, Reunion Island, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Mongolia and China.
Breeding works like Bangi Haze, Congo, Golden Tiger, Kali China, Malawi, Nepal Jam, Oldtimer's Haze, Orient Express, Pakistan Chitral Kush, Panama, Tikal and Zamaldelica have been bred with populations over several generations using a wide variety of parental plants. We think that breeding strains is the fruit of labour with healthy populations over a long period of time, where the best traits that each line has to offer are refined and stabilized, and at the same time making the genetic background of each strain wider.
With this philosophy in mind, in this 10th anniversary we are going to distribute 'Breeders Packs' through our website for the first time. In these 'Breeders Packs' we are going to offer our best lines coming from our best parental plants, so all the growers and breeders who are interested can access the best and widest genetic diversity of our classic strains in our catalogue, and to use them in their own breeding projects.
In the next decade, we will continue to improve our classic strains every few years with new selections and reproductions. At the same time, we will continue to explore combinations between our elite parental plants from different varieties to produce new hybrids that will bring our catalogue to a higher level of quality in the upcoming years. An example of these new works are the limited editions that we have offered lately (Nepal Jam x Kali China, Green Haze x Malawi, PCK x Kali China, ....), as well as new strains like Panama Haze and Purple Haze x Malawi that will be included permanently in our catalog this year due to popular demand.
In the near future, we will continue our research with new landraces, starting new preservation works with genetics from Mexico, Ethiopia, New Caledonia and Japan, among others.

And special thanks to all the growers who have supported our work over all these years, we won't be where we are now without you all. We will do our best to keep improving and offering new interesting works in the next decade.
