Ac infinity t3 problems

My t3 humidifier works but will not connect to the controller ( physically connected )

I’ve tried a different uis cable

Of corse Christmas Eve when everything is closed

I’ve disconnected it reconnected nothing works

It’s works and everything but it won’t connect to the controller

Any ideas
