AC in a 2x3x4 sealed box

I am looking for a ventilation / cooling / dehumidification system for my grow box. The box is 2x3x4 and I want to install something like http://www.amazon.com/Frigidaire-FRA052XT7-000-BTU-Window-Conditioner/dp/B003F4TH6G this into the side of the box for the above stated reasons. This is a very small space and the AC is overkill (any better suggestions would be great) but thought I could install la carbon filter to it and use it as my ventilation fan as well. Let me know what you guys think.

i would try it put a hole on the top sideto hook your fan to and a hole on the opsite side to have the intake on so air flow will be updraft i would go with a large fan overkill size and use a router speed controle from harborfreight to slow the fan down some,dont forget to make a light trap for the intake side ,good luck

I am talking about literally just hanging the AC unit in the side of the box without modifying it in any way.

You can do something close to that, but you need to be very careful about the installation, otherwise it quickly becomes self defeating.
