Absolutely pointless thread to brag about my last harvest

So after 2 of the worst grows I have had in years I finaly got everything working right again and the jars are slowly filling up with primo herb, had one run with 12 Kosher kush I got as a promo from DNA seeds, 11 out of 12 plants hermied so bad from the start they where tossed out after about 3 weeks of flower, but sadly I noticed it too late and all my C99bx1 and Darkstar x (Oldtimers x bubblegum) was fully seeded, none of those had any male flowers, so after that experience its gonna be a long time before I grow anything made by DNA again (I have grown other strains from DNA before with great succes), so that entire grow was thrown in the tumbler and made to hash.

Next grow I had 14 strawberry and cream from Connoisseur Genetics, 10 Blueberry x Girl Scout Cookies and 10 Chemdog D x Snowdog made by Divine Genetics, it started out realy good but then came the summer heat, had 45 degrees C (113F) in the growroom for over a week, and the plants didnt like it at all, so all plants hermied from heatstress apart from one of the strawberries and one of the blueberry x gsc, lost my Headband mother and nearly my WhiteFire too, spend a few hours a day with a pair of tweezers picking out bananas, and in the end only found 4 seeds in total and especialy the Strawberry was very good despite the stress

So I installed an extra extraction fan and the temperature is now staying between 25 and 30 degree C (77-86F).
I had saved clones from almost all the seed plants (a few didnt make it) so now it was time to do a proper run and see which should be kept as mothers, I had 8 different C99bx1 from mosca, 12 strawberry and Cream, 5 Chemdog D x Snowdog, 3 Blueberry x GSC and then 2 of my White Fire clone just to fill up the room, grown under 2 600W HPS in 11 liter pots with allmix (because im lazy) and fed biobizz nutes (also because im lazy)

On to the fun part:

First up we have Chemdog D x Snowdog, I was very disapointed with this one the last grow, it didnt yield very well, the buds where fluffy and looked very dry, taste and potency was lacking big time too, I know they where stressed but the other 2 strains still produced somthing I enjoyed smoking, the Chemdog was given away for free to friends who arent as spoiled as me.
But this time around holy shit! its like night and day, the buds are big and dense, caked in resin and smelling like something thats been dead for a week, if it only smokes a good I will be very pleased.

Then we move on to C99bx1 from mosca, not realy much to say about it, had 8 plants, yield ranged from a bit low to good, but they all look very tasty and smell of fruit (still some debate about what fruit), and im looking very much forward to smoking it, but its not a plant that makes a big fuss about itself, its got just as much resin as most of the other strains but its not as "white" so at a distance it doesnt seem special, only when you get close to it, this is the best one of them

And moving on to Blueberry X Girl Scout Cookies from divine (supposed to be an old pre 2000 sativa blueberry that was used, but who knows), this is the best and the worst of the strains I grew, about half the plants in the first run had the worst taste and smell I have ever had in weed, lighting up a joint would get people to flee, the rest tasted from not so good to okay, all very potent though, but then there was this last one, it tasted like nothing I have tasted before, there is no way to describe it other than fucking amazing with a slight burned coffee bean aftertaste, I kept clones of 3 of them, 2 that where interresting enough to give a 2nd chance (they are not harvested yet) and then the amazing one which looked very very good as a seedplant (and one of those that didnt have any male flowers the last run) but now as a clone it looks even better and the pictures are not close to doing it justice, so if the taste is improving as much as the looks have this is flying straight into my alltime number 1 best plant (been growing close to 20 years)

Time to roll another joint, and how appropriate thats its Strawberry and Cream im lighting up since thats the next in these long and likely incoherent ramblings.
Its Strawberry cough x The White, and well lets just say The White came through, they are absolutely caked in resin and smelling of summer childhood memories, sweet and summer fruity, there is deffinetly a strawberry vibe going on, and the potency is *takes another toke* very pleasing, relaxing and a bit dreamy, I whont say anything about the taste since its too fresh, but for something thats been chopped down a week ago its damn tasty.

Dont know which is which, and i couldnt decide which to post so here is a huge bowl of mixed strawberries

Last up is my White Fire, had this clone for some years now and its an amazing plant, not the biggest yielder but so fucking potent and tasty, in my top 3 best plants ever grown

and cheating a bit, here is a dried bud from a previous harvest

so bring on the frost and snow, i´ve got my jars filled and enough wood to keep me warm
