Above ground/raised soil bed and rain

I have some soil beds in plastic totes that I have put out a couple weeks ago and it has been raining around here very much lately. The soil is promix BX with a bit of added perlite so it does drain very well i'm assuming and I have lots of holes drilled in the bottoms and lower sides of beds. My concern is, will this rain eventually hurt them? The medium constantly staying wet but not over saturated? Not much of a container/raised bed grower, always grow in the ground.

When the weather dries up some, the soil will dry out and be alright for planting your precious beans.

Sorry for the misunderstanding lol but, the beans are already popped bro. They are almost 4 week old plants in the beds as of now.
