I just wish they would give up with this war on pot. If they want to regulate I'm all for it, as long as that regulation allows me to enjoy my herb without feeling like a criminal (not that I do, but I just hate the fact that one of my favorite pasttimes and activities is illegal...)
For instance, alcohol is legal. However, drinking while driving is not. They can still enforce DUI violations, or smoking marijuana in places where you shouldn't, but theres no reason why my neighbor should be allowed to get shit faced drunk and beat his wife and kids but if I smoke a joint and listen to some Pink Floyd then I'm a drug fiend criminal.

excellent article....most folks are voting that pot isn't a problem. The article was much more pro-pot than anti.

John Walters- Dubyuh's Marihuana Czar. What a laugh. We all know the contempt Dubyuh has for Science. He doesn't believe in Global Warming or curing disease through stem cell technology. He is a Faith Based Guy. If you want something to happen- except killing innocent civilians- You're going to have to PRAY for it. Now this Walters guy says "We know so much more about Drugs and stuff than in the Stupid 70's." Give me a break. That the War on Pot subtracts from Meth enforcement is obvious. They lie about that too. Here is a pic of what I saw up in rural Montana on a trip up to Glacier National Pk. The people in this town have been burned. They know the problem isn't Pot.

In response to what one of the articles said... CLEVELAND'S IN THE HOUSE!!!
I love it, Cleveland is my home, and let me tell you being rated "The Poorest Big City" Is a title that embareses us. But when it comes to the good green herb, We ain't so poor after all, LOL. We got a Federal Building (FEDS) which has been attacking out drug market since they built the damm thing 5 years ago. Ofcourse the main reason why they caughtthose drug rings in the first place is because of SNITCHES!!! So for all you master growers with more then 1 location, Loose lips sinks ships!!! Take from our lead, SECRET SOCIETY, hence the secret part, and we don't allow our members to associate with each other. Growers are like Cells, and Dealers are like mafia. Black Sun=Cells, Full Moon=Mafia, LOL The don't just don't mix well together, plus gangsters ROB, and fake Gangsters Snitch, LMAO. But growers keep to themselves. Here's a quote from my all time favorite TV show In Living Color, "You ain't here it from me" LOL, Well, like I said Clevelands in the house!!! Ha, Mc Mansions, LOL. Gotta do Stupid Small, but Stupid Smart if you get my drift, LOL...

"Walters told ABC News that marijuana is "the largest cause of treatment need among adults."

"Sixty percent of the estimated 7 million people we need to treat for dependency or abuse of illegal drugs, 60 percent are dependent on marijuana,'' he said. "

Oh my GOD where do these idiots get their information????????????/ :fsu: :fsu: :fsu: :cuss: :cuss: :cuss:

I love it when they pass off court ordered "addicts" as people with some sort of serious addiction to marijuana... Especially when probably what 99% of the people in those centers are their because they choose between their or jail.

I'm glad peoples' actual opinions are being heard for once at a national level.
Keep speaking up for the good cause people!
It makes no sense for marijuana use (medicinal -or- recreational) to remain illegal when people an legally use alcohol or even tobacco if they are legal adults and so choose. Both of those drugs have a worse affect on the body than marijuana but continue to be legal for adults to use recreationally. Marijuana does not hinder my judgement nearly to the affect of alcohol, but I can still legally have a cellar full of wine while a basement of pot plants is a felony that could give me the death sentence somewhere.
It's a giant oxymoron-hypocrisy that we need to fix.

That picture says it all really. Just one kid hurt by meth like that is heartbreaking. The hundreds of unheard voices that feel and fear the same are just crushing to the very soul of anyone who has a heart.

I feel ashamed.

This is the type of media attention that can turn the tide. We must petition and send in info to the big news houses.
And the little ones.
And bombard congress with petitions to stop wasting our time and resuorces.
And go to your town meetings and ask to see the budgets for MJ hunting.
And would somebody please send me a cup of coffee and a bucket of acetone.
Oh wait skip the coffee and close that shade you know this stuff ain't s'posed ta be in the sun light.

NO really good post. Thanks
PEACE DA
