A small outdoor Short Ryder.

Had a pack of Nirvana Short Ryder fem beans so I decided to throw them outside early this Spring. Started late April outdoors in a cold frame in one gallon pots. A quick mix of cow manure, organic potting soil and a shot of fish emulsion . Then pretty much ignored. Harvested yesterday due to some mold but they were pretty much done anyhow. Not much mold resistance. They grew 18 -24 inches tall.
They are leafy, with small buds mixed in. Smell is really good. They started skunky but by harvest were a combination of fruit and skunk. Haven't smoked any yet.

Here's a couple photos of the one purple-ish plant. The other three were green but aside from the purple all look and smell the same.

Nice plant!
Can't really complain about harvesting anything this early in the season.
Hope she smokes great.

Rolled a jay at lunchtime today. It worked but the high only lasted about 1/2 an hour. Granted, no cure at this point but the smoke is scratchy/spicy with a sweet floral-skunk shade-leafy flavor.
Im not terribly impressed. Trimmed, the plants are leafy. Seems as though the plants put just as much energy into making sugar leaves as they did calyxes. Thus there really isnt much there in the actual bud formation dept. . They also seem to have about about zero mold resistance when grown outdoors in average Spring weather, which needs to be considered.
So final rating... 4, because it did actually autoflower. Ill give it that, but Im being generous.
