Whoh, Nelly! I would back the nutes down to around 250-350 ppm. Looks like they might be drowning, what type of system? I think you may have a case of loving them to death.

Edit: I have found that I can get good results by only give them about 100 ppm/week. So 100 ppm their first week, 500 ppm their fifth week, etc. I wouldn't be breaking 1000 ppm till flip time.

Right on, gotta love hydro and how fast you can 'fix' issues; of course you can cause them just as fast. :D I've not done NFT, but from what I understand they can thrive with fairly low nute levels, due to the constant bath of available nutes on the roots. I noticed you mentioned you were using adv. nutes, what line/products? I really hope you didn't go in for 47 different products, because a new grower doesn't need the possible headaches that can come from running so many products. Not to mention I question if the possible returns of running many different products are really worth it. One last note, I really hope you are not running the microbes, or for that mater, even the organic stuff. I know that if you get the microbes dialed in, they kick ass; but in a system like NFT, if the microbes go sideways, it can go off the rails very fast and hard.

Thanks for all the good info. Im using the Sensi grow stuff. and i only got the stuff listed for a new grower on adv. site. Witch is Sensi Grow A & B, Sensi Bloom A & B, B-52, and Voodoo Juice, Cal-Mag +, and Bud Ignitor.
I mainly went with Adv. because i didnt want to have to play with the PH all the time. I figured it would have been much simpler.. but maybe not.
And with being a new grower I have to agree its very costly to make mistakes.

Can you recommend a new user friendly and pocket friendly neuts?
Thank you!

I've ran all those, and more back in the day. That isn't too extreme, but I recall the Voodoo juice causing some smell/slim. You shouldn't have to mess with PH too much with any decent line of nutes, and decent water. I am personally nostalgic of the General Hydro grow/micro/bloom, but even that can be simplified. Look up K.I.S.S and Lucas formula, there are people using only micro and bloom, while others only use maxibloom. There are so many different ways to grow this plant well, most of them just involve staying out of the way, and not killing them.
