The entire structure was built out of salvage, notice some boards are completely unaffected and others look like I took a blowtorch to them. In random spots the char is quite deep and flakes away easily. I'm having to replace quite a few boards and one beam that are SEVERELY charred. The vents are closed in the dead of winter and the greenhouses are unheated but apparently occasional warm spells have really built up. This is after 16 years of exposure however. Still trying to figure out how I'm going to handle venting in winter but I figure I'll have a few more months to figure that one out. It's an imperative though.
The cedar mostly looks like fresh hell, the pine is mostly untouched and the crap OSB is pristine.
