A few deficiencies (with pics)

Hey guys hows it goin? unfortunately it's time for some of my girls to visit the fine Docs we got here at ICmag. these are all clones give to me and need a bit of help :)

This first one is what looks to be a 50/50 ind/sat and has had the burn at the tip like that since i had her along with the whole in the leaf.

This one is closer to a pure indica and i topped and lsted it. it loves to grow but in the last few days i've been noticing 'black crisp' around the edge of the middle 2 leaves. i hope its not bad cuz she is really starting to look nice!

This last one is more towards a full sativa and it has always looked pretty sorry since i've had it, there is another plant like this one but not nearly as bad, both appear to be same strain.

Well im going to transplant these girls here soon and when i do im going to give them new good soil and start with a low dose of ferts to see who likes ferts and who doesnt. I have been feeding the indica with 1/3 str nutes. i guess i will see what you guys say before i say too much more. i do have a ph meter but it is the kind not put directly in water, you have to mix up soil and water to test it.

I agree. I think transplanting will help. See how to make a soilless mix in my signature below. It gives directions for making your own and also hints and tips on store bought. Fertilizer suggestions are also provided.

looks like too much nutes to me. have they all been fed? if they havent and you think it needs nutes or micro nutes then give them a 1/4 strength dose.

but if you're transplanting, dont bother feeding them as the new soil will have plenty of nutes for them for now.

Explain how you know his new soil will just have lots of ferts in them....

lol....

whats soil/compost made of ? not sand.... so of course its gonna have nutrients in it and your able to buy compost with extra nutes added too.

for that size of plant they need almost no feeding at all for several weeks because the soil contains enough.

Well he must have followed your advice from the beginning because clearly advice like yours is how he has got to this forum.....

I notice how infrequently those feeding high quality ferts make an appearance here.....

duh...

well go ask someone like a professional gardener if a small plant in good quality potting soil/compost needs lots of ferts the instant it is planted.

and when did you first see a defeciency in your plants when not feeding? it takes about 4-6 weeks for a seed in a 6cm pot of pure organic compost (Nothing added) to reach ~7-8 inches and only then did it show a slight yellowing of a couple of leaves. it then got a small dose of 5-5-5 and some iron, the plant was fine after that.

im far from an expect, but im also far from being a dumbass and burning all my plants up..

wow

wow

thats alot of posts. Thanks for stickin up for me pieceofmyheart i haven't even had a chance to water some of them ( the sativas who look the worst) because they already where. i only have had a chance to give one feeding to the one with the top burn and since haven't had a chance to up the nutes. plus i didnt necesarily want the plants to grow a whole lot because i haven't had time to remodel my room. i know i havent added alot of info but that is because i already have on my diary. i have more pics, say of my enviroment. i haven't had a chance to install a pc fan in there but ima get on that this weekend.hopefully one will do. after i xplant i can actually start a good feeding regime and keep track of it all.i have more 32 gal totes and i think i will flip another one the same size up side down to double my space. if you know what i mean. i am still using the gh flora series ferts but soon i hope to go another route.
BUDLEY-I dont necesarily see what you mean by saying i have a "fear of feeding thats your main problem..." and what kinda sarcasim is "Feeding by transplant works I guess..." i dont think you've read my diary or anythin. hmm i forget what i've missed. thanks guys

Imo you have some ph issues. I would bet money when you get a decent ph meter your run off is really low.
