i been looking for a long time for some nice beans that'll turn into something of that color and smoke..

Yes, that plant was found in a pack of nirvana pure power plant.. IME Nirvana is one of the better seed banks to go with if you wanna be surpirsed with a few purple phenos.. I found purple genes lurking in their ppp, white widow, and ice, and know of more then a few who have found purple white rhino phenotypes as well..

I have a good grip of PPP x wonder diesel, and PPP/wonder diesel x wonder diesel seeds still left to grow out. Out of the 5 seeds I have grown out of the ppp x wd already, 4 of the 5 plants have been purple, so the color proves to be very dominant..

Man oh man you lucked out, I planted 5 of Gypsy's PPP freebies and got only 1 female . She's a yielder though.

Also, I read somewhere that PPP has Durban Poison in it, could be where the purple comes from.

Yes, durbans are known to carry some purple genes... It was either that or the possibility of them breeding lots of their varieties from a purple skunk male. A lot of the nirvana seed varieties seem to turn out some purple plants every now and again..

It's awesome to still be here going strong after 3 years to answer all these late questions

No bother to me... That's why I put the effort into documenting them all. It's nice to see a blast from the past every now and then, and getting to see how my skills have grown with the garden over the years

very very nice purple ppp x wonder diesel postman!!!! i gotta ask..what temps did you use to get those purple..if a plant has purple genes..then is lower temps NEEDED..or can you just use normal 75-85 temps? will they still turn purple?

I grew these in ideal grow room temps 70degrees at night and 75-85 during the day. These were genetically purple, so no cooler temps needed.

great plants....just got a pack of 5 ppp...hope i get a purple peno and will see some pppxtop 44...either way will see it sooner or later...
