Has glyphosphate been used in the local area? Seen this exact thing on a mates plant. Think the soil he was using at the time got contaminated.

Looks like you have an infestation of pests on your plants. Take a few of the plants outdoors and spray the hell out of them with plain water and leave them outdoors. You will know in a few days if they recover. The greenhouse has a perfect conditions for pests and moving a few outdoors will help you detect those conditions. 😎

yesh they thinking about this but they say when they growing indoor . noproblem everthings normal.but when they move to greenhouse ,they star rolling......

could it be that greenhouse is not really cleaned up enough? there could be an infestation of some kind so cleaning the new environment before moving is essential.also is it ventilated well enough.

What's the growing media?
I hope it's not improperly washed Coco coir. If so, it might be salt (sodium) poisoning

Is there one near an air inlet, that might look different? Any up off that odd looking floor sheet? Any areas showing less or showing first. Or just everywhere the same

Good share. This looks more like herbicide than anything else, and it's quite distinct.

The pots look like bags upon a dirty floor. I wonder if it's been cleaned with something. If not, they are probably feeding the plants with the poison. I can't discount a neighbour not liking the op. I guess it's all domestic water and hoses that are not the poisonous type. Many hoses can't be drank from as they release lead and such. This damage looks much more like contact with an actual herbicide though. Making it an equipment issue. Or actual sabotage.
