A 12/12 from seed Sativa?

Which strain and Pheno would you suggest in a Sativa or at least a 60% Sativa hybrid that would work well with this style of growing?

LOW odor is a priority.

Some likely candidates I have been considering.

Apollo 11

Dutch Passion - Power Plant

Female Seeds - Grapefruit, Cinammon

Mr. Nice - Super Silver Haze

Mandala - Satori

Any strain with true tropical genes would love the 12/12 as it's actually what they get in their natural enviroment. They grow at 13/12 and most will continue doing it at 12/12, some won't flower firmly until 11/13 and cut the nutrients down. They don't come from a region with short summer and don't need to adapt to that in order to finish before the frosts come and sun starts to fade.

As for those hybrids with lots of skunk/afghan on his genes, I'm not sure if they will like the schedule. It could work if you want them to stay very small otherwise, they won't have too much time to grow and get a nice structure and root system before turning to flowering.

Super Silver Haze is a great line, but Shanti actually recommends using a 12/12 from seed approach with his Mango Haze, which, IIRC, expresses more haze trains than does the SSH.

I don't really know if MH is low odor though ... I bet someone on the MNS site could answer that in short order. (mrnice.nl/forum/)

MH is low odor. I grew some with no odor control at all, and some smelled lightly of tropical fruit and some smelled like a jacket liner from a new cd or modelling clay. Nothing strong and nothing cannabis-like. Maybe there is a stinky skunk pheno, but I never found it.

@DoDad 12/12 from seed works best with stretchy plants. Most of the strains you've named grow like indicas.

EDIT: What are you looking for? A manageable, stretchy, kickass sativa? A big yielder with a little kick? Something else?

DoDad, I would stay away from satori if low odor is a priority. The "bat" pheno, the more indica leaning one stinks bad. Need very good odor control for it.

An upbeat daytime weed. I lead an active early morning lifestyle and like to wake and bake.

I don't have much room in my tent. I have a place for a few small plants. I can grow to about 40" tall as a max.

I have some couch lock growing now and that will do for my nighttime weed, I'm looking for a daytime, energetic but not racey, cerebral, but not paranoid, creative strain that doesn't stink too bad.

^Most of those would be better for 12/12 from seed. I think Green Crack has a lot of indica genetics, so maybe not that one. Kali Mist isn't as good as it used to be. It's hard to find a good Durban, and if you do, it may be too racy for you.

Ace has some good and manageable sativa strains and great customer support. Jordan of the Islands has a strain called Blue Hawaiian Sativa. I haven't tried it yet, but I have smoked and grown both parent strains and they would meet your needs.

I don't want racy for sure. Somewhere between racy and couch lock would be fine. I'll go look at at the Ace offerings. Thanks.
