950w Perpetual SoG

Ok This is my first posting a grow diary so I hope you all enjoy it.

This is my current setup -

VEG / Clone - The room is 4 feet by 7 feet with a 6 foot ceiling. Although the light is mounted at about 4 1/2 feet. On top of the veg room is the clone area which is only about 1 foot wide by about 4 feet long.

The Veg area is lit by a 400w MH and 4 20w CFL's. The Clone area is lit by 4 13w CFL's. I have 2 Sour Diesel Mothers, 1 Bubblegum mother (i think the bubblegum is actually called double gum?) and 1 Jack Herrer mother, which i believe was crossed witht he bubblegum. The bubblegum and Jack Herrer I just got from a friend not too long ago and havent had the chance to flower them out yet.

The flower room is lit by a 400w Digital HPS, a 250w HPS, and two 150w HPS. Right now there is about 40 plants in the flower room, most of them being Sour Diesel with a couple of the others just making it there.

I clone about every 2 weeks, And I am usually switching new plants into flower and taking out finishing plants every 3 weeks. The Sour Diesel finishes in around 70 days. As for the other two I really dont know as I havent flwoered them out yet. I was told the Jack will be around 65-70 days and the bubblegum will be around 60-65. So these are gonna take some time to figure out how to keep things going smoothly with all the different finishing times.

I am a Soil Grower and use the Bio-Bizz line of nutes, growing in Pro-Mix BX i think, the big black bales.

I will attach a pic of each room so you can get to see them. I will update now and then when things are really changing.

wow nice and clean .. i always admire ppl that can do a perpetual, i guess thats an advantage to soil.

Are those pics of both rooms or just one ?? IF both , how come you've got clones in the flower room as well ??

Also for the mothers - how long does it usually take after you've taken a round of clone cuttings for more clone cuttings to grow ??

vhGhost - Thanks,keeping it clean means less troubles usually. Soil can be a pain, as there is a lott to get rid of later on.

Dreamscape - The pics are of both rooms, the orange glow is the flower room, the little ones that lok like clones were just placed into flower that night. They are vegged for about 2-3 weeks until switched over. They are trimmed of alllower growth except the top growing tip pretty much. Diesel stretches a bit.

As for the Mom's I Have two of the Diesel which have been topped numerous times due to cloning so there are plenty of them available. The next round is filled in with a mix of half of each of the jack and bubblegum which have one mother each for now. This gives all the moms about a month at least to recover.

What size grow bags you using?? I'm thinking of trying to get away with a 1 gal. SOG. Mainly to save space and soil.

Hi Ganix,

I been doing a perpetual in soil for a while now. I use LST and somewhat older clones usually.

Do you raise up the shorter plants initally to even out the height?

You discard the soil after every grow I gather?
