7 weeks flowering bending top cola?

got a SLH to 7 weeks flowering , the top cola is looking fat but the other branches beneath it about 8 inches from the light source look a little thin, can i bend my top cola this late into flowering so i can lower my lights to give the lower branches more light? If i can what would be the best way to do this?

Additional info - i grew it all natural without any training , 150 w HPS and 2 CFL's ( side lighting), in DWC 5 gallon bucket.

if you need more info let me know.

Thanks.

Try super cropping. Crush the stem between thumb and forefinger, rotate grip 90º and crush again, fold her over. Many strains will ignore this and straighten back up, be prepared to tie her down.

If stem splits vertically, just wrap a twist tie around the split which will heal in a few days. If it splits horizontally, straighten up, twist tie, try again in a few days a bit higher or lower

i would just harvest the top part of the plant when it is ready and leave the lower branches, and lower the light for a couple weeks.
