Greetings IC,
I would like to introduce you to my first DIY grow related project, which I have named the "Rolls Royce".. it's a 60cmX60cmX90cm grow box which makes an excellent vegetation area or home for mother plants. The light is a 120W CFL, which does not cause as much heat buildup as MH/HPS bulbs would. Air is supplied through a 100mm Garden High Pro InLine Fan at the bottom and exited through the same type 125mm exhaust fan on the ceiling. Air is circulated with a Hurricane clip-on fan inside of the box, the walls are covered with Mylar. Since this is an area used for vegetation, I find there no need for a carbon scrubber..
Hopefully this will give somebody a few ideas on how to go about if they are trying to build a similar type of box. If you have any questions about details on how I went about building any part of the "Rolls", feel free to drop a line.. comments/input also very appreciated.
