Ya oughta shoot for about a pound per pot. of course that was a lil shorter veg time so -- maybe DOUBLE THAT?

ya fookin goofball!

don't count your buds before they are harvested. Skill, love, devotion - and yes luck can all have a big impact.

Very vague description of what you are trying to accomplish. Strains? Environment? Nutes? Soil? Seed or clone?

Anywhere from a half pound too 1 and a half depending on strain envirement and your TLC

your looking at an addit ional 300 bucks electricity for that length of a grow approximately

I would say around a half pound up to a pound, but if your only going to veg for three weeks I would say an Oz per plant. Actually this is an extremely rough estimate as there are too many unknown variables. But if I had to guess my best guess would be 1 Oz per plant because nine plants under 1 - 600 is pretty tight in my opinion.

I don't know WTF everyone else is talking about 1lb per plant under that light, its not going to happen, period. You could get a little over an ounce per plant with topping and long enough veg time, but most likely you'll get around 3/4 ounce per plant assuming your variables are all in order (pH, timers, heat, etc). Your 600 can theoretically light a 4x4, but effectively it can light about 3x3 un-topped plants perfectly. People say you can't estimate yields, but if you've grown a few times you'll get an idea what YOU usually yield per plant in your set-up.

i agree with tgt and aries,i would also say let them veg longer and increase your yields more also lst your plants and youll get more tops peace

To tell you the truth, I've always tried to run a SOG from seeds, so I don't usually top either. This last time I topped everything though so I could take clones. I waited until there were 5 or 6 nodes, I think, so I could take the top 2 for the clone and still leave a healthy sized plant down below. I think trimming/training methods are a lot like Bonsai, you have to do it, then see the results for yourself a few times. In my VERY limited experience, what I found was that topping early produced essentially two 'pole plants' (Diesel#1) out of one stem, whereas when I waited a little longer and topped higher up, the bottom shoots had time to grow up next to the two main colas.

Here's what I'd recomend, top at the 4th set of leaves above the Cotyledons (lil round seed-leaves). Then veg for another 1 - 2 weeks (not less than 1), then transplant into their flowering-sized container (3 gal.), veg for a few days to allow them to recover, then start your flowering cycle. From what I've seen, this will give you better yields from seed, but from what I've *read*, when going from clones it's better just to pack them in and flower them out ASAP, the idea being that your yield/plant will be less, but you'll harvest more plants/year and you'll end up with more.

(Forgot to say, this is assuming you start in Solo beer cup sized containers, transplant once into 1 gals while still in Veg. mode, let them recover for a few days, THEN top them, let them recover for 1 or 2 weeks, then into the 3 gal, a few more days, then on to flowering! You will wind up with MANY more males if you wait too long to transplant. By the time they're at their 5th node they'll be ready to go into the 1 gal. containers)

If anyone else with more experience has a different opinion feel free to chime in, I'm still learning too.

1 lb per plant with 3 weeks veg?? Impossible!! You will be lucky to break the 1.5 o mark. Veg for a little longer next time and lst for bushier plants, and you can break the .25lb mark. Good luck!

I had 9 plants (5 Satori and 4 ThaiTanic)under 400watts 12/12 from seed. I ended up with about 6oz dry.

I'd like to see photos of 9 plants under 600Watts and yielding a pound/plant.

Some people are just plain full of shit IMO. Edit add this :sasmokin:
hehe :)
