Lumatek ballast, (240v if you can manage) paired with a Ushio HiLux bulb will give you what you're after. They fire perfectly and are very full spectrum. Lumatek commissioned Ushio to make these bulbs specifically for digital ballasts.
I was running a lumatek with a GE Lucalox PSL Plant light with great results. My first choice would be ushio also though as they are e-ballast friendly and german made. 2nd choice would be Solarmax, also German and e-ballast friendly.
Solarmax is good. Lumatek also recommends the Agrosun Red. I have heard a lot of success with the Lucalox as well. These, combined with the Ushio, are the 4 bulbs I would really trust with a digi ballast.
You are blessed with a clean power source. Digital ballasts fail due to spikes/dips in your power source, bulbs that are designed to accept the high frequency power coming from digital ballasts will help prevent failure during voltage fluctuation.
if you want to save cash, jump on the HTGsupply 600w digi ballast with an EasyCool6 or EasyCool8 with the agromax bulb. Don't get the standard growbright......its noted to fail with digital ballasts.
