600hps + 2x mars hydro 600 OR 2x600w hps OR 1000w hps parabolic?

Ok, so my grow tent is 1,5m x 1,5m x 2m.

Currently have 600w, but will need more light for my 12 babies soon. So any opinions and other suggestions are appriciated.

Current 600w is @ Cooltube.

So should i go for:

2x 600w with cooltube
1x 1000w with parabolic reflector (how is temps' with this?)

Or

600w and change to A-wing with heatshield and 2x mars hydro 600?

All suggestions appriciated. Used to get constant ~1,2g/w dry stuff in soil with smaller grows with 250w hps and 60x60x160 tent. So big ones are new for me.

Forgot to add that i am going SCROG or U-Scrog depending how much the ladies grow.
