5min hash yoghurts

heres a quick, effective recipe for the lazy stoner, with no culinary skills.

ingredients:

hash (to taste, i'd say abt 1g per yoghurt)
one full-fat (thick&creamy, etc) fruit flavour yoghurt, strawberry works well
2ml tasteless cooking oil (sunflower, rapeseed, etc, not olive oil)

1. select a suitable yoghurt from the fridge, peel the lid off your yoghurt
2. crumble your hash onto an old, but clean, spoon (you will leave a burnt black mark on this spoon, make sure its not your mum's best silver ;) )
3. cover the hash lightly with cooking oil
4. hold the spoon (with hash & oil) over a flame, until the hash/oil boils & dissolves
5. stir into your yoghurt
6. eat

notes:

the yoghurt is important to the taste of this recipe, some flavours taste really bad, some arent quite so bad. black current & black cherry seem to be the worst. strawberry & orange flavours are ok.

the oil should be some kind of tasteless vegetable oil, sunflower or rapeseed oil is perfect, dont use olive oil. only use a small amount of oil, just enough to cover the hash.

many yoghurts available are low fat or almost fat free, these still work in emergencies, but the full fat yoghurts are better. if you are on a diet, dont worry, you'll get very stoned on these before they make you fat & by that time you wont care.

yes, oil, kif, or hash should be fine, always mix with a little cooking oil & heat it on a spoon before eating tho.

the reasons this works so well despite its simplicity is down to three factors...

the fat.

the heat.

the bio stuff in yoghurt.




dont ask me to explain further. all i know is any one of these factors alone will work to help release the vital ingredients to become effective, but all three together mean you cannot fail.

... unless you got jipped and are now heating up an OXO cube and veg oil on a spoon. ;)


oh.. and one last vital point to note...
its highly advisable to use more than one spoon (two ideally). one that's gonna get a nasty black sooty mark on it, and one to scrap the stuff off that spoon and stir it into the yoghurt. otherwise your gonna be eating alotta sooty crap.

I do the same thing with bhang and smoothies. Innocent Smooties in Vanilla bean and honey speed the intake process and get your high going quicker. Also dulls the taste and is healthy as hell!

I would beg to differ on the subject of oils. Rapeseed oil has been extensively tested and found to be extrordinarily toxic to the human metabolism.

Clarified butter perhaps?

I wouldn't use RAPEseed oil for anything just because of its name... Lol although in german it's called raps which makes it look a lot friendlier... Nice trick though!
