heres a quick, effective recipe for the lazy stoner, with no culinary skills.
ingredients:
hash (to taste, i'd say abt 1g per yoghurt)
one full-fat (thick&creamy, etc) fruit flavour yoghurt, strawberry works well
2ml tasteless cooking oil (sunflower, rapeseed, etc, not olive oil)
1. select a suitable yoghurt from the fridge, peel the lid off your yoghurt
2. crumble your hash onto an old, but clean, spoon (you will leave a burnt black mark on this spoon, make sure its not your mum's best silver )
3. cover the hash lightly with cooking oil
4. hold the spoon (with hash & oil) over a flame, until the hash/oil boils & dissolves
5. stir into your yoghurt
6. eat
notes:
the yoghurt is important to the taste of this recipe, some flavours taste really bad, some arent quite so bad. black current & black cherry seem to be the worst. strawberry & orange flavours are ok.
the oil should be some kind of tasteless vegetable oil, sunflower or rapeseed oil is perfect, dont use olive oil. only use a small amount of oil, just enough to cover the hash.
many yoghurts available are low fat or almost fat free, these still work in emergencies, but the full fat yoghurts are better. if you are on a diet, dont worry, you'll get very stoned on these before they make you fat & by that time you wont care.
