Hey guys I need some help. I just flushed 2 days ago with straight tap water (here the ph is 7.2) Because of the brown spots you see. Now I'm seeing this deep purple color on the yellowing leaves. It seems to be starting at the top and working it's way down.

I do have a product called Flora Kleen which i did want to use in about 2-3 days. The following information can help. I have a run-off ph of just about 5 and for some reason I cannot get that to change. Please any advice would be amazing this is my first grow and I'm soo close I don't want to mess up!! PLEASE!

I had a strain that purpled like that it could just be the genes. Some of the caylax's look purple as well. As for the yellowing I wouldn't worry about that. Your pretty far into flower and some N def is normal. I'm sure someone a little more knowledgeable will chime in soon.

5 is a bit low for your ph as well might wanna try to raise it to 6ish.

Tasty looking buds!

Looks to me like a phosphorus deficiency, caused by lockout from high(acidic)ph. Your ph is 5 after a flush? You need to flush more with ph'd water of 6.4-6.8 Once the water coming out, is same as going in, then you can stop flushing. If you are not near enough to harvest, then you want to water one last time with a half strength nute solution, and a capfull of Hydrogen peroxide. After all that water, you want to carry some oxygen down to the roots.

Brother Monk , Should I flush again immediately to get the desired 6.4 ph out? or wait since i just did 2 days ago?

They will not recover with ph5. I understand your concern about overwatering them too much. Yes, flush with ph adjusted water to the above settings. It is important that when you finally are getting the correct runoff, that you flush one last time with the half strength nute solution, AND the H202. How much longer are you planning on flowering?

Either way, if you let them go as is, or do more flushing, your yield will suffer at this point. If you keep flushing, you may see a stalled period of tricomb production. Which most of us really enjoy seeing at this stage of the game. On the other hand, if your lockout continues, the plant may just stop producing completely. Would you rather have them continue burning, or stalled a week or so?

Brother - It looks like the bud growth has stalled. I wanted to go another week. So basically as soon as the lights come on I should flush untill i can get a decent runoff and then last water with half nutes ? Because of this let them go an extra week then I would have?

those plants look fine to me. the purpleing is prolly just defeciency from the plant using up all the nutes in the leaves. molybdenum and phos prolly. its natural at this stage. what have you got like a week or 2 before chop? just continue watering it lik normal and enjoy your bud.

If you're only flowering for another week, then just finish them as you normally would. There's not much sense in going through all the trouble at this late in the game. Wish I knew this info before I gave you my opinion. :asskick:

If you have already flushed again, don't worry. Getting rid of all them excess salts will only help improve the taste of your final product.

Fully agreed with the diagnosis: normal lack of N at late flowering and slight P deff due to low ph. At this point, the best would be continuing this way and dont do nothing.

And for the next run, add some limestone to the soil mix to avoid it acidifies so much. Often hard water is enough to avoid it, but it seems its not your case.
