5 Weeks Flower, big problems!

How long has this problem been going on? ABOUT 6 WEEKS, GETTING WORSE.
Are you growing in a PVC grow tent? NO.
What system are you running? SOIL
What STRAIN are you growing? SUPER SILVER HAZE
What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?) CLONES, KINDA IFFY ON THE SOURCE THOUGH
What is the age of your plants? 5 WEEKS FLOWER, 8 WEEKS TOTAL.
How long have they been in there mixture they are in now?(coco,soiless etc..) 8 WEEKS.
How tall are the plants? ABOUT 14".
What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? FLOWER
What Technique are you using? SCROG
What substrate/medium are you using?(Hydroton, RockWool etc.) FOXFARM OCEAN SOIL
What is the Water temperature? n/a
What color are your roots? White? Brown? Are your roots slimy? WHITE
What Nutrient's are you using?(If growing soiless) GH MAXIBLOOM.
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? USING 1/2 STRENGTH.
How often are you feeding? (If using soiless) Every other watering. I WATER EVERY 3 DAYS, SO THEY GET FED EVERY 6 DAYS.
How often are you giving nutrients? (If using soiless) ONCE EVEY 5-6 DAYS.
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? 1 WEEK INTO FLOWER
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using? DON'T KNOW.
What is the pH of the "Tank"? WATER IS BETWEEN 5.5 AND 6.5
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment? YES- GH PH TEST KIT
When was your last watering? YESTERDAY
What is your water temps? 62F
When was your last feeding change? (ie. grow-bloom-micro-additional) NA
How often do you clean your system: example: Flush out water replace with clean water and nutrients? I DID IT TWO WEEKS INTO VEG, THEN ONE WEEK LATER RIGHT BEFORE FLOWERING. THIS DID NOT SEEM TO HELP ANY SO I HAVEN'T DONE IT AGAIN.
What size bulb are you using? 250 HPS LIGHTS A 24X36X52" HEIGHT BOX.
What is the distance to the canopy? 18" FROM THE COOLTUBE.
What is your RH Factor(Relative Humidity)? 50%
What is the canopy temperature? 78F
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include flucutaion range) 81 HIGH, 67 LOW
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) 140 CFM
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? PASSIVE intake, 140 CFM can pulling through carbon, then blowing over the HPS transformer, then through the cool tube, then exhausted outside. There is a 60 CFM computer fan blowing across the tops of the plants.
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? NOT REALLY
Is your water HARD or SOFT? NO
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? DISTILLED
Are you using water from a water softener? NO
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched NO
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When? NO
Are plant's infected with pest's? NO

Ok, this has been going on for 2 months and it's getting worse. Its not just the fan leaves anymore - its the bud leaves going yellow and spotty and brown also. I've flushed 3 times during these 2 months and it doesn't seem to help at all. The weird thing is that the plant closest to the passive intake is doing the best although it has started to slightly yellow in the past week. I added another passive intake on the other side of the cab a week ago but this has not helped.

I've got over $1200 invested in this grow and would hate to lose it...I can't afford to lose it! Please help!!!

your distilled water is causing this for sure....and more extraction is needed...lack of Ca Mg and poor air ventilation ...

CH9: Would a dose of lime help the Ca Mg deficiency? If so, how much should I use, and should I go foliar for quick results? Also, I'm using GH MaxiBloom and it has calcium and mag in it...is it not enough?

I'll take a pic right before my light comes on and post it for greater clarity.

now it is a bit late to react ,epsom salt will resolve Mg ,but all come from the fact you used distilled water,i will use tap water from now on and feed like you will....but the damage is done now.hopefully your buds will smoke well.
spraying is not recomended for the buds,and at that stage (or a light fish emulsion) it won't do a lot anyway...remove all the leaves that are too bad to avoid mold again later on and let the air flow...i will give some N too,despite you are in flow.

well crap. I guess i still have one plant that is good, and will use tap water for the remaining weeks.

For the damaged plants, since even some of the bud leaves are spotty, can i still make decent hash from them? Just trying to salvage what i can...

Your going to be harvesting soon..... I honestly think it's too late to do something, but if you used soft water and have no calcium or mag chances are you have progressed issues, but you can use them for hash if you like..... just make sure you do an extra flush flush real good .
Better flush= better smoke.

EDIT: The plants are in 8" square black Perfect Pots. I touched them after 10 hours of light and they are warm to the touch, so the soil is warm too. I'm guessing that's not good...

Well, I can't help you with your current issue but don't figure your $1,200 is wasted if this grow doesn't pan out.

You won't need to re-buy all the equipment again and, hopefully, you kept at least one mum plant.

Dude, there is nothing really, those plants are very much smokeable, just the buds are a little smaller.... the yellowing leaves will never recover and not to mention it's normal around this time of flowering for those leaves to yellow, you want them to yellow anyways; or do you want all those nutrients left in the plant in your lungs or belly?

Bud with high nutes tastes like shit and it don't smoke well and is very harsh.

If you want to use it for hash just throw in the whole plant and make hash out of it, except for stalks and branches of corse!

Since this thread has updated pictures.... you really should have posted the new information in the other thread so all the info is in one thread, a lot of people don't like jumping threads to get information.

Those yellowing leaves are normal man!
As for the other part that is tan/brown, that is necrotic tissue that has died after the plant sucked it dry, the tan/brown used to be yellow, but after time died from moving the nitrogen from the leaves to other parts on the plant.

Your grow is nice for the setup you got, just make sure you flush them out really good soon 1 week before you harvest them.

It's not going to look like top notch, no.

Anytime you're going to be growing something for other people, you should always plan on at least one to two crops as practice first.

It's like that first pancake in the pan, the first time you make pancakes. You might want to still eat it but nobody else usually does.

UPDATE: I took clones from every plant before flowering and it turns out that my plants must have had a virus or fungus or something. I know this because the clones from the plants that turned out good have clones that are also looking good. The clones from the plants that went bad are also starting to go bad. All of the clones are in the same conditions: same soil, light, temps, etc. So...it must have been something wrong with the individual plants.

And as for the buds from the affected plants? I had to throw out some plants at harvest because they had hardly any trichs. The good plants were good, of course. But there were some plants that had the virus but weren't so bad off. These buds don't smell as good as the well plants but they have a lot of trichs. These buds feel tougher than the perfect buds do. I guess the real test will be how they smoke in a few weeks...
