4x400 watt indoor veg issues

Howdy international cannabis friends!

I am roger the shrubber. I am experienced in scrog grows.

I ve bought a new 2x2x2 tent and am currently rockin´4x400 watt.

I ve got 4 amnesia plants, made from my own motherplant.

Currently I am running into some really strange issues and I am reaching out to you guys for your feedback.

my tent..3x adjustawing and 1xgavita reflector.4x400 watt dimmable lumatek+lumatek bulbs.

I am experiencing a strange yellowing I am unfamiliar with.

I had underwatered my plants. They are in large containers. I flushed them and they perked up and started growing like mad.

I am in week 6 veg. As you can see I have had delays.

I am using a blumat soil moisture meter.

This is my problem. The top layer of my soil is moist. But the bottom is as dry as a desert. When I water the plants perk up.

But after about 13 hours of light they start to wilt..seriously..but...the soil is still really wet and the moisture meter gives me a read out indicating the soil is wet.

I ve got this weird chlorosis. I am giving my babes 4 to 5 liters per container per day.( 70 liters of soil). Some days I give 4 liters.

My babes are slowly yellowing. But only the newer growth. The bottom leaves are nice and green.

wilting+yellowing

What is going on , it is driving me crrrazy!

I am feeding a nice organic fertilizer from a reputable brand.

I suspect "something" is wrong with the amount of water I am giving. The plants do not seem overwatered. But the soil is moist, except the bottom is quite dry ( I have cut peep holes in the containers bottoms).

The meter gives a reading that is supposed to be in the correct range .Between 80 and 120 milibar to be precise .

I have done many grows, but never before did I run into these strange problems with watering. My previous grow was with 2x600 watt bulbs. I notice with 4x400 watt things are being sped up a lot . For better or for worse.

So...the mystery. What's the score?

1: soil is wet when lights go out , meter gives good reading.
2: soil in bottom of container is dry
3: plants start wilting after 13 hours of light
4: during light out they perk up a bit
5: leaves clawing and slowly but steadily yellowing.

Any sugestions my fellow plant lovers?

kind regards from Roger from the other side of the globe ( I am beneath your feet )..
