4x4 Vegging

I'm in a dilemma here on my turn around choice that I will be making.

I will be running 2 4x4 tents, one with 1000 watts and one with 600 watts along with supplemental lighting in the 6k.

I originally planned to veg for a month (30-40) days in both tents and then switch to flower. Most strains I will be running are 65 to 110 days flowering time and all from seed.

But, I don't want to wait until march to harvest.

Thoughts that I have had is vegging and running more plants for a shorter amount of time for a quicker turn around and the numbers making up for the yield with short veg.

How long do you recommend I veg these plants in a 4x4 in each setup and in what size container? How many? 9-12?

I ordered 20 5 gal smart pots and 20 3 gal, no I wont use them all but I have some I can put back when needed.

My other option was to use one tent to run 55-65 day autos and the other to veg in and as soon as the autos are harvested I can throw my photos in flower thus getting a quick harvest to hold me over.

But I have personally never ran autos indoors and dont know what strains to begin with.

What would you do if you were me? Help me out with my questions please, I have to get this grow on the road one way or another.

Could I please get some help... I have posted a similar thread a couple days ago in indoor soil growing, still no reply from anyone.

I have noticed the lack of people helping one another on here lately in General. I don't know if people are busy harvesting there outdoor grows or what, but please someone help me here.

I am positive whatever choice I make will be a good choice, I am an experienced grower with lots of time under my belt, but it is still nice to have opinions on things when your unsure or when someone else has experience themselves and knows what works best for that particular situation.

Thank you

It seems to be a matter of time, and preference. I would grow some fast autos in your veg tent along with your original plan as once you move the photos over to flower tent and give your autos more room to stretch.

Downside is two harvests, but what a problem to have lol

I grew a jack herer auto from greenhouse seeds that gave me 60gr dry. Not as much as I was hoping for but considering it was a late july outdoor grow, I was happy with it.

Right now I'm focusing on dutch passion autos and feminized, they apparently yield fairly heavy (mazar, think different, etc).
