Use a small chunk of hash and soak it in about two tbsp of heavy creme until it is warm, soft and breaks apart. Mix it well with a fork using a mashing mashing motion if you have to. Then a Mason, ball, or clean 24 oz. size spaghetti sauce jar add the hash creme to another 5 oz of ice cold heavy creme and add about 2 oz chocolate syrup 2-3 ice cubes, seal and shake vigorously till it gets foamy and your arm gets tired. 30 seconds or so if your arm does not tire quickly.... then add ice cold fat free milk leaving and inch and a half of air in the top of the jar... seal and shake it like you never shook it before ...another 30 seconds or so. you can add a scoop of ice sreme in place of some of the milk if you want.
strain or remove remainder of the ice and it will serve 2 immediately.
or just 1 if you are a pig!
