whata think ? and can u use this light for VEG & flowering? or is it better to CFL the veg. + HPs the Flowering?

Ps. small 1 or 2 plant indoor bubbler grow(probably)

i got my 400w from them, i recommend it.

you can use the HPS for veg, but you'll need to start out with some CFL's as the seedlings will be fried under the HID light. you might also consider picking up a MH conversion bulb, they run about $50-$60, that way you can use the same ballast for veg and flowering.
