Not enough information. How are you going to ventilate? Light is only part of the equation, one also needs fresh air exchange and circulation. Odor control may be a big factor as well, this will often have an impact on ventilation if one uses a carbon filter. You want to make a nice comfortable environment for the ladies. If its not comfortable for you then the plants probably wont like it either. In a nutshell "If you can't vent, you can't grow".

THANKS to They

I'm working on the temp/humidity now......I've got fans etc........bottom intake.....exhaust scrubbed with carbon filters using a thrift store air purifier with a squirrel cage fan

I''m wanting to know if the horizontal tubes with the CFL's will put out enough light to keep my plants from stretching. How can I mount ballast outside of the closet/stelth???

Thanks for any and all input.

I would cut that space in half and SCROG or SOG on two levels. Moms and cuts on the bottom and flower on top. Plants need to be very close to flouros to do well. the 4' lights obviously won't work horizontal due to space so maybe daigonally at a slant and stack the plants up on some sort of stadium set up. I like short veg times with flouros but you have to increase numbers unless you LST or SCROG.

You may have problems with the t-12s. They cause hot spots in the cab. T -8s burn much cooler and more even. With that much wattage you will need to remote the ballasts. All you will need is some wire and some wire nuts. If this is all you have to work with, it will work but You will be lacking light in the frount middle of your cab.
