4 600w positioning 10x4 or 10x5

Hey guys getting plans together for a 2400w tent.. Plan to run 2 HPS and 2 MH all 600w in either a 10'x5 footprint if possible..? Or 10x4 if not..

Long way.. -- -- -- -- MH HPS MH HPS
or
Short way.. | | | | air cooled cool tubes w/ wing reflectors if it makes a difference.. Because they're cheapest mostly.

Open to all suggestions..

I ran my kool tube in the vertical and got some good results. Can you pattern your 2400 watt grow accordingly so that you are using vertical lighting to get every last watt into the plant canopy?

Did it a while back with descent results.. Probably still have the thread somewhere here..
Problem then, was I was using a 3x3 closet and experienced light bleaching, and just a pain to water the circle in that small area.. I suppose I could try again with much bigger plants and a larger footprint to run all 4 lights with good results..
But I'm looking to take the easy route and going SOG flat.. Thanks mpd.. Will ponder on the idea some. ALWAYS wanted to do a colliseum style grow..

~6x10.. 3 tiers 10" each and a foot in the middle between both sides..

yeah after i moved that space i went back to 1000s so i didnt get to play around for greater efficiency

not to many people seem to like cool tubes but i was able to make them work

northern farmer (iirc) had a nice stadium setup with 600s iirc and that was the direction i think i would be taking it
