This what I use in my weekly teas with organic living soil. My plants seem to like it, but it's just anecdotal.

Too much P will kill mycos, just sayin'.

I think under 50 ppm is key, maybe less too.

Endo-mycos, not ecto for cannabis also.
There are only a few strains that will work with cannabis.
I would have to dig deep in my notes to find them, but a google search may help.

If you are growing hydroponically with a standard nutrient regime the high N and P in solution will suppress colonization of AMF/VAM. The key benefits of AMF and VAM is to make nutrients more available in low available nutrient soils. If you are looking for a root disease preventative you'd be far better off going with Trichoderma (fungi) or a Trichoderma combination with Pseudomonas fluorescens

Mycorrhizal fungi is way more predominant and useful in living soils, not coco. What you want to shoot for is beneficial bacteria, not so much fungus. There are some great liquid bacteria inocculants like Tribus and Mammoth P that do a great job of aiding nutrient uptake and plant health.
