The answer should be NO.
You can start a short flowering indica, maybe one of the auto-strains.
You also can start a long flowering sativa, but do not expect to finish it properly or to have more than a few g's per plant.
To late this yr... but you can start prepping for next year. Find an great spot, spending time there to see how the sun hits the area over the day. Prep some holes. Next year you will be ready early and just have to throw the plants in. It's not as sexy as watching plants this yr., but you will have a great season next yr.
