3 week old plant showing yellow on leaves!

ok guys i got 1 c99 to germinate out of 5. was very dissappointed :badday: but my 3 week old plant is doing well upto a couple days ago. my leaves tips and some of the sides are turning a little yellow . I run a 150 hps in a cabinet. The hydro is a waterfarm drip system. I checked my ppm which is about 549 ppm. using the lucas formula :woohoo: . my temp stays about 71 about night and sometimes 83 in the day, but it is always about 80-79 degrees. could it be lack of oxygen. last week i didnt realize but my ppm was about 230, could this be causing it? thnks

What is your ph? Got a picture? You said drip system. How often are you irrigating?

dont know what ph is, i know the water was 7 before the chemicals. what should the ph be and does irragating is that changing the rez? i do it once a week. she is being watered 6 times a day, evey 3 hours.

Dank Galore!
for hydro... your ph should be 5.5-6.0. i think that 7.1 is too high! you should get some ph down from your hydro store. also... i'm not sure but you sould water(irrigate) a lil more often than every 3 hours me thinks? i use dwc so i'm not sure on drip watering cycles. well good luck! hope this helps?

peace!

well i beginning to think my nute level is too high. some of my newer leaves are turning yellow is 560 ppm too much for a 3 week old plant? thanks

If your nutrients were too strong you would get burn along the margins and tips of the leaves. I think 400 ppm for a 3 week old plant should be plenty. New growth being yellow usually indicates high ph.

oh man i just realize i meant to say the tips of the leaves are getting yellow!! not the whole leaf, so my ppm is too high?

Mynamestitch lists small plants 400-800 ppm. Concentrate on getting your ph at about 6 after the nutrients are added.

So far today you have said your ppm was 430, 560 and 690 so which is it?? Now remember adding ph up or down will effect your actual ppm. Maybe you should dump your rez and start over, adjust your nute strenght to about 500 then adjust your PH to 6.0 and see what happens. It would be much easier to help if you could post a pic of your plant
