Hey All,
Colorado patients (of which I am now one) are allowed 3 plants.
#1 Explain to me how this is possible for someone who requires Specific/Multiple strains, quantities for edibles, additional product to account for waste during edibles processing and a 24/7 medication regimen? Let's add into that the need for 100% pure sativas that take 11 weeks or longer to mature and.... how on earth is this possible?
#2 What would be the best place for me to start looking for professionals to interview (by mail perhaps) and begin putting together a document supporting the necessity for patients to have a significantly larger plant number.
I mean... think about it.
So far, the strains I've come across that helped both my head and body equally.... have all been strains that I've built a tolerance to.... sometimes quite quickly. Because of this, I need to switch strains every week or so... fortunately, 2 strains are adequate, but by no means optimal. I'm really looking into canna-caps made with 2-3 different strains. *sigh*
Am I, as a patient, supposed to be punished by not allowing me to search for additional strains that may work better for me? How on earth can this be accomplished without undue stress? Am I to believe that the disgustingly meager and marketing poisoned clone market is where I'm to search? I wouldn't touch that garbage with a 10' pole.
How long then, would it take for a personal grower, with a 3 plant limit... to find just one great representation of a new strain... a great example to determine whether the strain is appropriate or not?
You can't. One mum of one strain is one plant. One clone of that is one plant. One clone being flowered is one plant. That's 3 plants. If you plant a seed you've exceeded your plant limits... how are you going to clone it to keep it around, while you flower it out and test it?
I'm new to Colorado, but I'm not new to Cannabis. Any help here would be appreciated.
Thanks and....
