3-4 weeks into flower, anything I could improve?

yo
So my three plants are flowering for about 3 - 4 weeks now and theyre lookin really nice so far. They got a few burned leaves here and there because there isnt much room in my closet and the bottom leaves are kinda drooping, but apart from that theyre doing fine.

The thing is, they grew a bit too big for my lights and I cant afford more light and as the harvest day is coming closer I keep getting worried about the things I could improve/screw up right now. Im also getting a bit impatient. I picked a small bud off one plant a few days ago to try it, it even got me a bit buzzed for a good half hour! As far as I can see they already have a few trichomes on em, but not that much yet. It looks like theres a lot I could do but Im not quite sure what. I'll add some pictures

I got them in plagron grow mix soil, mixed with coco coir (although I dont mix it with that stuff anymore) and I feed em some biobizz bio bloom + top max on every second watering.

Theyre under a 65w daylight cfl, a 24w warm light one and some cheap ass 15w LED light and its kinda hard to balance that light on the 3 plants.
U can see it on the pic, the one on the left only gets light from the LED + the 24w one and it turned out kinda small. The right one is a bit bigger and has the best buds by now, and the one in the middle gets all the light and became this giant leafy xmas tree bush.

Should I cut some leaves off that one? Got any idea how I could rearrange the lights so all of them get the same amount? Or should I maybe kill off/harvest early one of them so the other two get enough light and an bigger overall yield in the end? Also, how long do you think Itll take for them to be ready for harvest? When should I flush them?

This is a test grow for me to get some experience so I dont really care about the getting the biggest yield. But Im broke and its hard for me to even get a gram or two at the moment so I want to harvest them as soon as possible.
Any help would be appreciated!

peace

@Magic-
They look like they are thriving to me! Kudos! With your set up it's good to rotate plant on perimeter to inside to get optimal light. Move those with premium light exposure to periphery....then you'll start seeing others catch up.

Learned low stress training better than hacking fan leaves....tuck fan leaves under, bend (gently) and tie down branches or top.

Congratulations so far, you have done well, but your lights are the weakest link in this chain, if I were you I'd be upgrading them lights, to some mid range digital...like a 400w digital Apollo, would do you well, in the meantime, keep them lights as close as you dare, cfls can go really close like 2-3 inches before singing the tips, trimming away the lower growth is an option as much light don't get down that far, and will improve ventilation too, good luck

I'd move that plant on the right over to where that checkered coffee cup is and wrap the mylar around the whole group. You don't have a lot of lighting so I'd try to catch and contain as much of it as possible. Room is too big for those 3 plants a lot of light getting wasted.
