2k perpetual bloom/breed cab design

perpetual flower/breeding cabs design+input

objective:
three cabinets made from scratch... 12/12 from seed/clone… breeding…

bloom cabs:
two 4x4x4 flower cabs w/ a 1k sunmaster warm delux mh + uvb light in cab 1 + a 1k eye hortilux hps + uvb light in cab 2... cab 1 is mod krusty style w/ gh nutes, cab 2 is coco, or organics w/pbp...

grow/flower objectives:
sow approx 3-5 seeds a day, start 12/12 from day they come through… when males/females are sexed males are placed in male iso cham… female(s) placed directly into a flow cab… trained in various manners… every week repeat the above process (sow/harvest)… either a 12 wk rotation, or a 6 or 4 wk rotation (2 plants at a time/3plants at a time)… etc…

grow styles:
one cab mod krusty/freedom buckets (ind)… 3-4 gal. bucs filled w/ lava rock, placed in 2d buc filled 1/4-3/4 w/ wat/gh nutes… topped off when needed… flush when needed; no recirc… one cab w/ coco 3-4 gal pots, hand watered w/ pbp nutes…

male iso chamber:
males will be fully flowered out (2-5 at a time to fully evaluate their characteristics… best males’ pollen will be placed on selected branches of females in bloom… labeled accordingly, w/ results/differences tracked… females can be placed inside as well, for a medley/iso seed-run… cfl’s

moms/seedlings/clones:
coco/organic soil…

drying chamber:
maybe a line from the dehum to here?… can also be used for other projects if needed…

breeding objectives:
1…potency (body/couchlock/indy-dom characteristics {no dom ‘head’ stone; though dreamy/trippy charachteristics can be recessive in the overall desired effect of body-stone})… 2… taste (no particular preference; just no blandness; can be berry/sour/pine/sweet… 3… yield (.5-2 oz. per plant/weekly harvest)… 4… short stature (18-36” at completion; from seed or clone)… 5… 7-9 weeks to maturity (want trichs 75% amber by 63 days latest, w/ c02)…
6… variety (no burn-out; a different hybrid/strain/clone every week)… 7… do experiments… cfl’s

the fundamental concept is above… need ideas on how to build this thing from scratch…
what ac is needed to keep everything at 68-72f… read constant temp is good… even higher night temps… when one bloom room is on, the other is off, to stagger the elec… maybe a 5000-7000 btu wall unit?… ducted to/fro all three cabs… digi set at 68?… c02 at 1000 in bloom rooms, constant?…vaportek or diy scrubber?… materials needed…
things being overlooked… feasibility of concept… is it sound?… ideas on how to run ventilation in the sealed unit… back to the ac intake?… or through a duct into a res chilled?… how do you hook-up the dehum to all of this?… is there a single controller avail for this application?… cool tubes or massive air out-take?… diy’s welcome… along w/ those that purchase everything from the shops… mostly concerned ‘bout the ac/dehum to use/recirc vent set-up… and hooking the whole thing up to a central monitoring controller…

also… how mamy amps est for this thing to run 24/7?… possible gen that can run entire sys during power outages?… two 20 amp lines?…

only materials right now:
2 1k lights… lava rock… buckets…

hope:
this thread will get enough attention that not only the dark ronin will be able to construct/successfully run this sys, but others as well… know that all of the above can be searched here on ic… have done that for years… have never been able to find a sys w/ all of the pieces needed for specific desires…
think this concept is sm/lg enough to accommodate a lot of re-config and expansion… etc… a single sys that serves many functions in 256 cubic feet… may be wrong and interest will not come… notwithstanding internet posting reluctance, am shooting this across un-deletable cyber-space anyway…

It's a bit hard to read through what you posted. You may want to consider some formatting or a better description of what you are trying to do. In addition, you posted a bunch of information which doesn't really have to do with the design of the space. That makes it hard to determine whether your post is actually trying to ask questions or whether your post is just there for you to put your own design notes in.

In addition, you asked over 10 questions in your first post. Almost all of them can be answered by looking around the forums at the designs that other people have done. But, the questions are in a rambling sentence with a ton of ellipses so it may be hard for people to pick them out.

You should do a bit more research to answer some of your more basic questions or come up with ideas on your own and specifically ask about them. From reading your post: it sounds pretty solid, but it sounds like you are also unsure about a lot of things.

So, instead of: "here's... everything I want... to do for the next 3 months... tell me stuff..." and sentences like: "is it sound?… ideas on how to run ventilation in the sealed unit… back to the ac intake?… or through a duct into a res chilled?… how do you hook-up the dehum to all of this?… is there a single controller avail for this application?… cool tubes or massive air out-take?", you could do a bit more research, make a few decisions on your own, and then ask specific questions about your decisions.

A thread that asks: "How Would I Hook Up a Dehumidifier to This System" with the picture of the system would be more ideal. This would allow people to look at a specific question and try to answer it rather than trying to wade through your post and all of your questions. That is obviously just an example. You shouldn't just post a ton of threads for individual questions. But, making them a bit more specific couldn't hurt.

Just some advice to get a bit more input on your design.

really, i just had an idea and posted it... i have no doubt that the above could work, for the functions listed as desirable...

basically just build a box (fully framed, metal frame w/ panda wrapping it, plywood, poly-wall, etc...)

attached a wall unit ac... maybe that kenmore 12k btu w/ dehum for 299 @ sears...

hurricane lamp glass diy cool tubes... w/ 8" exhaust...

pretty much it, right?....

the thread is to expose holes in the sys... but, also for input - positive, neutral, or negative - data can be filtered for info of import...

thanx for your response though... isn't the drawing above pretty illustrative of desires?...

suppose main ?? is how to hook up a single wall unit ac to run to a 2d box/cab; and is the heat returned to the intake of the ac??...

A. What materials would you use to construct a series of interconnected 4'x4'x4' cabinets, when the cabinets

1. Are sealed, i.e.g., closed environment agriculture; where gases (oxygen and c02) and temperature(s)/humidity are controlled from a centralized cabinet containing:

2. wall unit or equivalent air conditioner (to keep 128 cubic feet ~72*F 24/7)*;

3. dedicated dehumidifier (to maintain ~45-55% rh in 128 cu. ft. 24/7; w/ up to total of 12 plants (6 in ea. cab.) reaching up to 36 inches @ full maturity)*;

4. c02 generator or tank (1000ppm constant in 64 cubic foot cabinet; cabinets on staggered regime, so c02 will run 24/7)*;

*What size/capacity appliance(s) needed to support two 4'x'4'x4' bloom cabinets?

B. How are cabinets 'sealed'; w/ doors affixed?

1. Weather stripping, like on the door of a refrigerator?;

2. Some form of vacuum?

II. Miscellaneous questions:

A. Should stryrofoam insulation sheets be be included in the construction of the cabinets, to increase efficiency?

B. If no expense was spared, how would you construct the above contraption?

will a kenmore 5000 (75050) btu ac cool a 4'x4'x4' cab w/ a 1k burning?... if not, then what size btu should be used?
