24x30

Hello I am in the proccess of putting together a shop for a card that I have obtained. The shop is 24x30 and framing will begin tomorow it will have a 13x8x30 attic as well. I am here for any input. plan is 8 gavitas flipping in 2 24x11 rooms with 6x24 res/clean room with stairs to a upstairs veg for a low plant count tree grow 4 in coco dtw on diy drain sliding drain tables and automatic watering. Floor drains are in the floor already. cement poured and finished today. Any problems or things that you could see should be done different to big of a floor for 8k? Plan is 4ton ac so far as there is a person selling 4ton carrier units used for 800 with 2 handlers per unit any problem with a used carrier unit?

thanks in advance for any input. :tiphat:

Hey guys wishing for some oppinions on lighting I am going to use gavitas
I am just thinking if I should use 8 or 10 750 lights. I still dont know if I should buy the used ac. Finished framing and got the interior walls done there are 2 23'L x 11'4"W x 9H flowering rooms. I have also got a steel door and expandable frame I have been busy lately but I was able to pick that up and get it hung today. Waiting on the truss guys to hurry up so I can continue have everything to lock up here and ready except equipment and trusses.

any one chime on in Thank you Gents

With the height of your room and if you're using tables you may want to watch the distance between the top of your canopy and the gavita's with the 1000W model. The recommend distance is about 3ft/1m on that model. You can dial them down from 1150W, 1000W, 750W, 660W and 600W if you're finding that the light is too intense for your plants. You may find you want to go with the 750W model because of your height though the recommended distance on that is 2 1/2ft or 75cm so not a huge difference.
